I haven’t received my order as a single package. Why not ?

Above a certain quantity of products, your order will be split into multiple packages. Each package will have its own tracking number. If you’ve just received your first package, additional packages will be arriving shortly thereafter, typically within a day or so.

If after a further week you still haven’t received all your product, please contact our client support with your order number and explain the situation. Our client support will reply within 24 hours and address the situation with the minimum of delay.
